“General?”

Nikki pushed at his broad chest, crushing her against the desk, but nothing happened. She thought he would start waking up by now.

“A-01? Hello?”

He lay on his back, eyes closed, looking like a fallen angel taking a nap.

“Someone would think he is dead…” Nikki whispered, creeping closer.
