That unmatched spirit and kingly bearing were qualities no ordinary person could possess.

King Alpens smiled and nodded at Smerkel, who then raised his head.

He beheld the deity high above.

Upon the throne of flesh and blood sat a woman in a robe, her hair blood-red, a scepter in her hand.

This ocean and the underwater kingdom were under Her control. She possessed eternal life.

“Blood Progenitor.”

“Ruler of the Blood Kingdom, the great Scarlet Witch.”

“Your faithful Smerkel has come to pay homage.”
