“Of course, I must be right. Who else would choose to live amid mud and stench?” The Wood Nymph who had spoken earlier declared with certainty.

Though Wood Nymphs weren’t as prone to gossip as spirits, their fondness for tea parties showed they had inherited some of that tendency.

Hearing the increasingly outlandish speculations, Florrie spoke up.

“No…”

“Please stop these wild guesses. No matter what, we’re speaking of a divine being.”

Florrie halted the discussion on this aromatic topic and the wood nymphs’ increasingly far-fetched conjectures.

“This deity was likely corrupted by the sacrifices of His mad followers, causing Him to fall into the mortal realm.”

“That Snake Person told me that the place of filth was created when the former Queen of the Winged People performed certain terrible rituals that defiled divine beings.”

“I’m unsure whether this deity has yet to awaken or has already fallen into madness.”

She looked at the ruins amid the flower sea, but couldn’t see the city at all.

Only when strong winds swept past did those ancient ruins, hidden deep in the flower sea, reveal slight traces of their former existence.

The Wood Nymph was struck by their ancient, weathered essence.

Previously when Florrie came here, she hadn’t felt much. However, after hearing the stories of Asai and Polik last time, viewing this origin site of the Trilobite Men felt completely different.

In an instant, Florrie felt the sun and moon vanish from the sky.

She plunged into endless darkness where a star grew ever larger. Its eternal silver light shone down, turning her pupils completely white.

Florrie quickly stumbled backward and bumped into an ancient tall statue at the base of a divine platform. Her stumble broke her free from the terror of being consumed by time and ages. Still not understanding what had just happened, she turned to look at the statue she had collided with.

It was a Trilobite Man, appearing incredibly lifelike.

Even as he knelt on the ground, his robust build and majestic presence were evident.

“Whose statue is this?”

“Why is it placed in the temple?”

“What kind of person’s statue would be worthy of being here?”

God Yinsai seemed to see right through Florrie’s thoughts. The deity, who had remained silent until now, finally spoke.

“Why did scenes of the Divine Cup appear? Could the Abyss be connected to the Divine Cup?”

Florrie pondered for a long while before suddenly realizing something.

She flew out from the God-Given Land, heading down beneath this God’s Island.

Endless Light of Wishes flowed past Florrie as she drew closer to the massive Divine Cup.

One could see this golden giant cup slowly rotating, the Dreams of Law it contained rising and falling with its rotation, creating the most beautiful and stunning scene around the God-Given Land.
