The morning sun hung high in the sky, warm but not harsh. Around 10 a.m., when the day was still young and full of energy.

The beach of Lunaris Haven spread out like a golden carpet, the soft sand warm beneath countless footsteps. Waves rolled in gently, foaming white as they kissed the shore before retreating back into the sparkling blue sea.

The three girls finally reached the boys.

But before she could complete her words, Amon was already running in the direction of the sea.

“Hey! Wait! You pervert!” Aisha dashed behind him while grinding her teeth like a furious beast.

“Kekeke! Catch me if you can!” Amon had already entered the salty water and jumped high.

Splash!

He disappeared into the sea, the water exploding upward in a foamy burst. The wave rolled across Aisha like a tidal surge—right on her, who had been sprinting after him.

“Oi—!” Aisha skidded to a stop, too late.

The splash hit her full on, drenching her body and her hair. She stood there dripping, blinking seawater out of her eyes as Amon surfaced, laughing.

Amon used his hands and started to splash more water on Aisha.

“You little!” Aisha didn’t wait. She lunged at him.

Water again splashed on a different side.

She started to throw salty water on Amon nonstop. “Take this, you bastard! Hehe!” She laughed triumphantly.

“Hey wait—pffh… you are doing too—pffhhh—too much!” Amon tried to stop the water from entering his eyes and mouth but failed terribly.

“Hey! You both can’t play alone, leaving us behind.” Eliana came after them and she jumped as well.

Followed by Marcus. “This is my chance to take revenge. Gonna make this commoner drink a lot of salty water.”

Lian was just beside him, smiling worriedly after hearing Marcus’s words.

Seraphina also calmly followed, a small smile forming on her face.

While Arnold was last. He didn’t want to play like a kid here, but relaxing sometimes was not bad.

The laughter of the group mixed with splashing water.
