Nothing scared Neil more than himself, and right now he hated that thing the most.

While channelling the mental energy, he thought about that cloud of darkness again.

Two red eyes glowing in that smoke, exuding nothing but terror and bloodlust.

Cinthia watched Neil, surprised by how well he was handling the mental energy.

Normally, young lords would struggle just to sense it.
