After a wild first time, Ileana lay in Neil’s arms completely spent, her naked body pressed against his.

She felt shy so she just closed her eyes, but the exhaustion made her really fall asleep.

’Magnar should be out soon.’ Neil thought. As he looked at Ileana’s sleeping face, he smiled.

Just earlier she was pretending to sleep, looking really cute.

Snuggling closer, the two cuddled, this felt even better after their first time.

’It was so great, haa her body is too delicious, I might get addicted to it or maybe I already am…’ Neil thought, he wanted to do it again already.

But after being intimate with his woman, he felt calmer and even more determined.

They stayed like that for a while, soon Ileana groggily dressed up and kissed Neil goodbye.

He already possessed the corpses of 2nd Origin gold and diamond class creatures, and there was a link nearby.

He also possessed the clearing disc and a vast amount of shards.

So what was stopping him from grinding?

There was already a gold class creature which he had not cleared previously, it was the creature created from the blood of that intruder whose name Neil forgot.

They quickly entered, with one of Magnar’s breaths, the creature was dead.

Then Neil dropped the blood of the gold class creature.

Neil replied and walked out as the door closed behind him and the place was immediately covered by fog.

Then he brought several clearing discs, Neil’s first goal was to fill their diamond class cores so fighting mythic class wouldn’t be too tough.

“And it’s done, this thing is great.” Only at this time could this disc truly shine.

In the outside world, Cinthia wiped her forehead as she pulled the domain core of a beast domain.

The battle was wild but as always she came out victorious.

“You have received several messages after you engaged in the battle.” El, her AI assistant spoke.

“Hmm is there anything important?”

She mostly ignored those messages, they were things like people asking her to come as their guest, some marriage proposals, or people wanting to come to her domain and whatnot.

“Yes, one message from your father, he was asking about the report of your student.” El replied.

“I see, they must be upset that I am free for some time now. I am sure they are hoping him to do badly and make me their entertaining puppet again.”

Her expression was unreadable but she sure didn’t like her parents.

“There is also one from your student, Walker.” El then added.

“Oh, what is it?” her mood instantly changed, a faint smile appearing on her face.

She didn’t expect it, but she had come to care about this unknown student of hers a great deal.

“He wanted to talk to you it seemed, maybe he found a link and wanted to make the exchange.” El replied.

Cinthia nodded, she really wanted to go back to training right away, despite the exhaustion.

“What time is it? And try contacting him.” She asked, walking away after storing the domain core.

“It’s 4 in the morning, and I have sent him a message but he doesn’t seem to be receiving them right now.” El replied.

Cinthia just nodded and decided to go check the clash realm after a few hours.

Returning to her domain, she quickly freshened up and even after the designated time she arrived in her private area in the clash realm.

But Neil was not there, she was disappointed but decided to wait for him.

Hours passed by, but he didn’t appear.

Cinthia spent over 12 hours just waiting for him, but he never appeared.

’Maybe he was busy with something…’ a terrible feeling settled into her heart but she decided to wait for him.

Next day again, she came but there was no sign of him, he didn’t appear the entire day or reply to her messages.

Looking at the last message he had sent, a feeling of guilt filled her heart, she didn’t want to think it.

But chances were high that he might already be dead, deaths are pretty common in that realm.

She had been researching and recently found that the son, named Arlo, of a high ranking human was killed.

That place was too dangerous.

Cinthia felt terrible, spending most of her time in the clash realm waiting for his return.

“I- Is there any message from him?” Cinthia asked as the sky started to turn dark, this place was too realistic.

“No…” El replied.

Cinthia stared at his last message, regretting not replying.

Maybe he was in a desperate situation when he contacted her and if she had replied the outcome would have been different.

She had started to care for him, she was not close with anyone but the days with him truly made her feel alive and happy.

And now, she felt what sadness was after so long, the feeling of regret as she waited for him.

But he never came, not even a message from him.

As Cinthia sat vacantly, mindlessly staring at the lawn.
