The eyes of the seven men moved to Jack, his face covered in oil and wine, there was no wound on his body, he had been there the longest and after him, Neil no longer needed to interrogate the final guy.

“F- Food!” he spoke in haste, hoping Neil would grant his wish.

“Alright, here you go. Eat all you want, but remember I already have a name, if you lie to me, I will cut your belly open and pull your stomach out.”

Neil threatened as he put more meat onto the plate.

Nodding quickly, he began to eat, just like Jack, he too smashed his face into the meat.

’So that bastard really revealed it? That fucker, no wonder he got to eat and drink, and he was saying Neil only asked for his hobby.’

While eating he thought and gave up all his defences.

Seeing this from outside, Leon who could now hear it all was truly impressed by his lord.

He had played such a mind game, played them into fools and read them like open books, he made them think whatever he wanted.

Leon had only seen Neil fight or manage his domain before but only now he got to see how intelligent his lord is.

How could a single person be so awesome, the respect for Neil increased even more in his eyes.

Leon was good at commanding and was fairly intelligent but the only way he would have used to get information was by beating them up.

To begin with, he might not have even suspected anything after getting the name Marco.

’Lord is truly awesome, he really made these loyal guys betray their backer.’ Leon thought.

After eating all the food and drinking the wine like a dog, he pulled back in satisfaction and was no longer as afraid.

Jack was fine after he answered, so he was confident he would be fine as long as he answered truthfully.

“Now speak, I don’t have too much time.” Neil said, barely showing any interest.

“Y- Yes, you were right. There is someone else behind this all.” He began quickly, honesty dripping from his face.

’Bullseye!’ Neil remained the same outside but was happy internally.

“Our lord is indeed Marco and he did send us here to keep a watch over this place, but we weren’t to reveal ourselves.” He answered.

“Hmm hmm that I already know, get to the main part.” Neil muttered.

“Y- Yes sir, it was Lord Randy who asked us to cause trouble here and say the name of our lord if we were to get caught.” The prisoner added.

“I see, the exact same name. Good job.” Neil said, then the infernal blade materialized in his hand.

The blade cut through the air, effortlessly cutting off his head, as it rolled down and hit the floor with a thud.

The eyes of the prisoner were still wide from shock, why was he killed when he answered honestly?

“Leon, throw him away and bring another prisoner, someone from the beaten up ones.” Neil spoke.

’Huh?’ Leon was again confused, why would lord kill him?

But he knew there must be a reason behind it, so without any questioning he dragged the corpse away.

Even taking the head, and not a drop of blood was spilled thanks to Aquamorph which solidified the blood.

“…” the seven prisoners were all shocked when they saw the corpse getting carried away.

So that guy even in the face of danger didn’t lie and got killed? This scared them even more, before they had hope of surviving but now?

What was even the point of holding back when one had spilled the beans and they would just die?

Leon then dragged another guy, and put him in front of Neil.

The same scene played as Neil gave him a choice too and spoke:

“That last one wasn’t being honest so he died, I hope you don’t try to lie. Both of them mentioned two different names, if you wish to live, say the correct one!”

Neil pressurized him.

And he finally broke mentally, answering him.

He too mentioned Randy, only to be killed in the next moment.

“Next!” Neil called out and one by one, he killed all the prisoners.

From the beginning he wasn’t planning on sparing any of them, after killing them he would get the gene points and shards.

So it wasn’t a bad deal, and keeping people of 3rd Origin in his domain would be dangerous.

“So it is Randy who tried to play smart and use Marco to deal with me, not bad.” Neil walked out of the prison, deep in thought.
