“Ivan—” Finn Lowell called from the doorway, his expression grim.

Ivan Lowell shot Aurora a vicious glare, clenched his fist, and walked away.

Alvin closed the window and pulled her into his arms. “Staying up all night to have a secret rendezvous with another man. Aurora, I’m a little angry.”

With that, he tilted her chin up, bent down, and kissed her.

The moment their lips met, Aurora’s body went rigid.
