Chapter 144: Trapped

The white wolf who appeared in front of Fang Lin transformed to a girl around the same age as Fang Yu.

She had pearly white skin and long white hair that reached until her waist. She wore white robes that covered her graceful, slender body.

She tried going outside, but the Wolf King did not allow her to. He said that with her Godly Divine Beast Bloodline, she will just be hunted outside.

Fang Lin said nothing, since he can somehow feel Xue’er’s pain.

“You can do that?” Xue’er’s eyes sparkled as she rapidly approached Fang Lin, their faces were almost touching as she excitedly asked,

“Please bring me with you!” Fang Lin’s mind turned blank as he inhaled Xue’er’s scent. His body heated up as he and Xue’er stared at each other.

Xue’er blushed as she realized that she was too close. She scooted away until her back was touching the wall. She looked away from Fang Lin as she said,

“But we cannot leave unless the Wolf King says so.”

“What’s the matter Fang Lin?” Xue’er’s worried face noticed that Fang Lin seems to act strange. “Did you eat something bad?”

“I am thinking of a way to fool the Wolf King.” Fang Lin muttered to himself while pacing aimlessly around the room. Xue’er could only tilt her head cutely as her eyes followed Fang Lin.

“Ha! I’ve got it now!” Fang Lin’s face had an evil smile as he slowly approached Xue’er. Xue’er felt wariness as she saw Fang Lin approaching.

“Are you sure your plan will work?”

Mina was blushing furiously as she pounded some stones quite fiercely. Bloodspear twirled his spear awkwardly as his gaze wandered around, not knowing where to look. The Wolf King on the other hand was feeling gleeful. Its tail was happily wagging as the it suppressed its sniggers.

Why were they acting like this?

“Pervert scum!” Mina said as she threw her stone away angrily. Yao’er, who was not allowed entrance to the room by the Wolf King, could only ask Bloodspear,

“What is Master doing in that room?”
