Chapter 301: Seven is the Number

Fang Xiushang stared at the Golden Bull in confusion, as if he could not believe what he was seeing. He slowly swiveled his head towards Wang Hao, who just gave him a cheeky smile in return.

“Where the hell did you get this…. thing!”

“Ah that’s a secret…. I told you we will escape right?” Wang Hao waved his hands playfully. “You said you want to escape, so here we are!”

That was the time that the wardens started attacking the rowdy crowd.

But with the golden bull present, they were unable to strike back. The golden bull let out a snort as some of the wardens who tried to attack it became golden statues.

This was enough for everyone to fear this rampaging bull.

“Moooo!!!” The golden bull seemed to have follow some sort of commandment as it crashed its massive hooves on more prison bars, which led to more freed prisoners, which led to even greater chaos.

“I like your idea here…. But doesn’t prison escape require stealth and secrecy? There is hardly no stealth in what you did here!” Fang Xiushang complained as he fought against some prisoners who tried to attack him.

“Ah, it was because all of this was a bait for someone.” Wang Hao said as he looked at the skies. “I did all this to attract that person. That person will surely arrive any moment now.”

There was 10 more minutes of chaos that ensued before Wang Hao and Fang Xiushang heard a booming voice echoing throughout the whole prison.

“What gall you guys have! So you dare doing this in my prison? It seems like you forgot who’s the boss here!”

“A golden bull?” Illusion Fang Lin slightly stirred as he remembered a story that Wang Hao told him before.

That story was about Wang Hao’s exploits with a Princess of the Tian Ji Empire into a certain village near the Forest of Death.

But even with that, he still found his power suppressed, but he also felt his bloodline abilities not affected.

“Don’t tell me this whole room has a large formation designed to suppress my power?” Illusion Fang Lin knew that he was surely right, since nobody in their right mind will put a captive divine beast in a room without any way to suppress its power.

“I got him!” The small girl said as Illusion Fang Lin landed on the ground.

“Okay!!!” Illusion Fang Lin heard a door opening, and out there came out 5 people. 3 of them were girls while the other 2 were males.

Seeing all of them made Illusion Fang Lin realized something.

“The gruff speaker earlier said that I am the 7th Divine Beast that they captured. Including me, there are now 7 people on this house. That means this other 6 were also Divine Beasts!”

While Illusion Fang Lin was on the ground, he tried to stand up. But before he could do so, one of the 2 males rushed towards him.

His body was ripped, indicating that he had a powerful body. Even idiots will notice that. This man also had naïve expression on his face, as if he was sheltered in a hidden place before.

This male was a thin guy, wearing glasses and baggy clothes. He held some scrolls on his right hand. His left hand on the other hand was pointing at the brawny man as he said,

“Look at your damn naïve face! How could I have known that you will actually punch me back then? If not for Elsa’s healing abilities, I would have been gone now!”

“Oh shut up.” One of the three females said as she slapped the bespectacled guy on the back. “I just want to see if I can use my healing abilities here in this prison house. You are just an experiment of mine.”

“But you still helped me, so I am happy for that!” The bespectacled guy replied.

“Ok ok. If we managed to escape, you have to pay for the medicinal care I gave to you.” Elsa said as she smiled deviously. “If you will not pay, those injuries will return…..”

“What!”

Besides Elsa and the girl who tackled him, Illusion Fang Lin could see 2 more girls. While the brawny guy was busy tying him up, Illusion Fang Lin observed the two.

The one on the left was a quiet girl, around 15-16 years old. Her long, light brown hair was braided at the top of her head. She just stared at Illusion Fang Lin with those calculating eyes of hers.

Illusion Fang Lin felt lucky that his libido was currently sacrificed because this woman looked like a beautiful spy.

As for the last woman, she’s also staring at Illusion Fang Lin. But she was not staring with wariness, only with curiosity. She had long black hair that reached her ankles. She was also a beauty, with her snow-white skin and her perfect face managing to enthrall Illusion Fang Lin for a second.
