The beast used by the Goat Form was the Glaistig.

The Glaistig was a half woman, half goat Divine Beast. It’s form was also corporeal, making it difficult for it to be damaged.

The reason for its corporeal form was because this Divine Beast was actually a wandering soul or in other terms, a ghost!

But even though it was a ghost, the Glaistig had no worries from the Underworld Realm. The Underworld had no problems with ghosts, as long as they do not enter reincarnation.

As for how the Glaistig was born, it was actually pretty simple.

An egg containing the embryonic form of the Glaistig will just appear sailing across space. This egg can only be nourished by absorbing any ghosts near it.

Only when it absorbs enough ghosts that the Glaistig can break out of its egg, showing its ghastly form to the Universe.

The Glaistig’s abilities were of course related to the control of wandering souls and spirits of dead living beings. Fang Lin sadly was still struggling with these since he’s originally a living being.

Fang Lin used the Goat Form to bait Agares into a compromising positing while he will use the Ox Form to initiate a counter attack!

“Hah!”

The three heads on Fang Lin’s armor opened their mouths as they spewed Fang Lin’s half-step Pure Yang Universe Flame to Agares.

Agares roared in pain, as he felt the flames were actually melting his Mountain Armor slowly.

“My Body Is a Mountain!” Agares roared as his defenses were raised to the extremes.

Agares’s Nature Power was actually the manifestations of his attack and defense. The earthquake was his means of attack while the mountain was his form of defense! Right now, Agares decided to use his Mountain Form to withstand Fang Lin’s counter attack.

“You armor might be powerful, but do you think it can penetrate my Mountain Defense?” Agares taunted as he saw Fang Lin looking at his body in wonder. “Come hit me now!”

“Ok, I shall hit you!” But to Agares’s surprise, he saw Fang Lin removing his OX Form!

“I have waited for you to do this!” Fang Lin said as he observed Agares. “From the information I obtained in the jade slip that Genie gave me, your Mountain Defense makes you highly durable from physical attacks. But the jade slip also stated that since you focused your defense on your body, there is one aspect of you that you left unprotected!”

“That is your soul!” While still in the air, Fang Lin’s right hand opened as he converged his Violet Martial Aura on it. He then molded it until it was in the form of the spear.

“Aside from negating soul effects, my Violet Martial Aura, if used right, can damage souls! Now is the best time to use this!” Fang Lin bellowed as he threw the violet spear towards Agares!

Fang Lin actually just donned the Ox Form to bait Agares on using his Mountain Defense Form. Now that Agares was in his Mountain Defense Form, his soul, which was supposed to be protected by his Fourth Stage Power was now open to Fang Lin’s attacks!

Fang Lin knew that with his specs, it will be highly difficult to defeat Agares in terms of physical or magical attacks. The only way Fang Lin would be able to beat him was in terms of soul attacks!

“Wonderful!” Wang Hao praised in his heart as he saw Fang Lin’s cunning performance. “This is the culmination of all those lessons that I taught him! See that Fang Lin’s second master? This is the knowledge I taught him!”

But before Fang Lin’s spear could pierce Agares, a hand suddenly reached out, grabbing the spear nonchalantly.

Fang Lin narrowed his eyes as he realized his spear could not affect that hand.

“This fight is over, Fang Lin wins.” Orias said as he threw the spear back to Fang Lin. “You are right Fang Lin, Agares will be highly vulnerable to that spear of yours. Thus, I decided to step in to save him.”

“…….” Fang Lin pouted slightly, as he seemed to be disappointed with the outcome.

As for Agares, he did not look mad with his loss. He even gave a smile to Fang Lin as he went to the side of the room.

Orias, who was now in his humanoid form, smiled after seeing that Fang Lin looks miffed by the results. “Fang Lin, it seems like you want to fight yet.”

“Why do you say that? Do you want to fight me?’ Fang Lin said as he stared at Orias with interest. Someone that can hold Fang Lin’s pulsing, violet spear with that tight grip surely must be a strong fighter!

“Yes, I wanted to fight you after seeing that martial aura of yours.” Orias said as he spread his arms. He then looked at Wang Hao as he asked him,

“What are you waiting for? Announce the start of our match!”

“….Fine!” Wang Hao muttered as Fang Lin and Orias stared at each other.

“Fang Lin versus Orias, start!”

After Wang Hao said those words, Fang Lin tried to move forward, but he felt that his whole body was unable to move! As for Orias, he walked towards Fang Lin nonchalantly, as his left hand clenched, with a black sword appearing inside it. He then threw this sword to Fang Lin.

Fang Lin immediately felt danger from that black sword. He immediately summoned his Ox Form armor to receive the attack. To his horror, he saw the sword easily piercing through his armor! He gritted his teeth as he used his ghost form.

Just like what he expected, the sword passed through him, without him being damaged.

Fang Lin then sighed, realizing he cannot use his ghost form for an hour with its limit reached.

Orias seemed to know this as he summoned another black sword from his clenched hand.

“Fang Lin, there are some things that are still unfathomable to you, just like what you are experiencing now. Take this as a lesson!”

Orias then sent this sword to Fang Lin once more!
