“You’ve always been a bad liar,” Qin Yichen teased further as he pinched her nose a little. Seeing her red and flushed face, he suddenly felt like he wanted to tease her even more and so without any warning, he leaned in and kissed her lips before pulling back almost immediately.

“…Y..You!” Rong Yue was flustered and struggled to make a proper defense, yet, nothing was coming to her mind as all that flooded her mind was his scent and how his lips had felt against hers.

“I’m your man now, that’s something that every couple does,” Qin Yichen said shamelessly and then before she could say anything more, he pulled her to his laps and buried his head in the gap between her neck and her shoulder blade.

Rong Yhe wanted to push him away at first, but then she remembered how he had fallen asleep in a similar position some while ago and stayed still.

“Let’s go back,” she told him as she rubbed her neck that was slightly sore from staying still. However, she didn’t mind, after all, that man had done more than enough for her also….
