125 Having Eyes but cannot see!

Qin Yichen totally ignored her as he led Rong Yue to sit on the waiting chair while he pulled out his phone and made a call.

Seeing that he had ignored her like that, the receptionist felt embarrassed and furious and lashed out quickly. “Do you think this is your family house that you can just walk in and make yourself comfortable?”

“If you don’t have a business license, you have nothing to with us here as we only supply to reputable companies,”

“Only reputable companies, you don’t sell in retail?” Rong Yue asked confused as she looked over at Qin Yichen. All she wanted was about five hardwares and they were not even of the same type! Which meant that she was getting only one of each.

Hearing Rong Yue’s words, the receptionist eyes flashed with even more disdain as she sneered at them.

“You are here to buy in retail? Does this look like some roadside store to you?” She asked hautily and then sat down back, deciding that neither of them was worth her attention.

Which one of those customers didn’t come to their company with millions of money to purchase new and in trend goods. Yet, she didn’t even put most of them in her eyes.

Upon seeing this man enter, she had been attracted by his looks and bearing, even thinking that she had finally met someone that she could finally pay attention to.

But not only did he not give her face, he was even just a flower vase! The embarrassment of trying to curry to him together with her thinking that he was just some man that had nothing to his name, she was filled with anger at the both of them in her heart.

“You still dare to sit down? Quickly leave, our company doesn’t deal with customers like you…”

The loud sound of footsteps interrupted her mid speech as she saw the top manager of the company rushing down from the elevator.

Thinking there was an emergency, she rushed out from behind her work desk table as she waved harshly at Rong Yue and Qin Yichen.

“Can’t you see there’s an emergency? The both of you can return some other day if you want to work with us. Otherwise, we won’t be selling in retail!” She said loudly, hoping that her boss that was coming over would hear and give her some reward later.

Unfortunately, her thought process were entirely different from reality as her manager froze in his steps upon hearing her words.

The man closed the remaining distance very quickly and as he confirmed that the man was indeed Qin Yichen, he froze all over, almost losing his mind.

“You stupid girl, what do you mean by talking to people that have come to our company like that?” He yelled loudly as he gave her one dirty slap.

The receptionist had worked with the company for more than three years and she knew exactly how arrogant this boss was. To see him slap her for talking to someone like that, she was totally unresigned and thought that her manager was being fooled by their attractive appearance.

Holding her cheek in one hand while her eyes was filled with grievance and red was enough to make any man feel bad for her.

“Manager… you… the both of them are not people that have worked with us. Also, they don’t have any intention to and only want to buy some retail goods,” she whined while batting her lashes at him.

Usually, because of her looks, the manager was usually nice and considerate towards her, and would sometimes play around with her. Today however, even if they gave him three times the guts. He didn’t dare to be nice to her and his face got even worse.

To have eyes and not see was really a sickness. But in other to not make things messier, he looked away from her and rushed to meet Qin Yichen.

“Second young master,” he greeted with reverence, his head bowed with slight respect. Making the receptionist eyes bulge widely in shock.

“What can we do for you?” The manager asked after a minute of getting no reply from Qin Yichen.

Qin Yichen walked over to Rong Yue that was already absorbed into her phone and held his hand out to pull her up.

“We want some products and I thought it was better to come here than the other retail store, who would have thought that…” he didn’t complete his statement, leaving him to interpret it in any way that he wanted.

But just from his tone, the manager was already shaking in his pants.

This girl had really dared to anger this big boss!! He rushed forward quickly, afraid that if Qin Yichen left today, their company might not even dare to exist anymore.

“Boss Qin! Please don’t go, this one is just a new staff and has not worked with us for a long time so he had eyes but couldn’t recognize mount Tai.” He exclaimed, rushing forward but not daring to grab onto Qin Yichen.

“Rest assured Second Young Master, if you come next time, you will meet a better person,” he said as he turned to Qin Yichen.

Qin Yichen glanced over at his little girl that was still pressing her phone and just chuckled, waving the manager aside.

Usually matters like this would not even affect him. But this time, he had only just told his little girl that he was going to walk by her side and support her. And now someone came to cause trouble in front of her?

So the girl had to be punished to vent his anger.

“Where are the newly developed hardwares that were just released?” He asked, his eyes still fixed on her. Anxious to please the Buddha they had just offended.

The manager rushed to tell them about all the new products as he led them inside the company.

“Second Young Master you might not know but we have some products that are yet to be announced also because their speed would shock the whole world, we have yet to tell people but since you are here now, if you don’t mind, I can show you around,” he said fawningly.

Qin Yichen looked at Rong Yue as if asking for her opinion.

“Tell us about them first, we can decide if it’s worth it then,” Rong Yue’s melodious voice rang out. Because of how she had yelled before and the weather, her voice sounded a little hoarse but was still pleasing to the ears.

The manager looked at her and then looked back at Qin Yichen as if asking for permission. Surely, this young girl that didn’t look past sixteen couldn’t be the one they were going to listen to right?

“She’s the one here to buy from you, anything she says goes,”

The manager was even more shocked at Qin Yichen’s response. But he bobbed his head up and down quickly and started to explain what new products they were.

Thankfully, she had come here with Qin Yichen, one of the things she needed was part of what he listed, did that mean that if she hadn’t come here, she wouldn’t be able to find it.

She ran through her memories but was unable to pick when it was that it had been launched, after all, around this age, she was barely paying attention to anything technology related.

“We would see those ones first then,” she spoke up after allowing the man to talk for more than ten minutes.

The manager then changed the floor they were going to quickly and pulled out his phone to make some calls.

As for Qin Yichen, with his tall height, he was able to see what Rong Yue was doing on her phone if he wanted, but he usually respected her privacy, but this time, he just slightly leaned in, hoping to ask her something when he saw the various lines and charts on her phone screen.
