Rong Yue pulled away after a while and her eyes narrowed into slits as she glared at the man in front of her.

“You still haven’t given me a proper explanation!” Just thinking of how much trouble she had gone through just to save him, she felt like he really deserved a beating!

Qin Yichen grinned and then pulled her into the living room. He pulled out a chair by the dining table and forced her to sit there.

Since he knew the little girl was a glutton, anything he wanted to say was better said with food and so he went into the kitchen and brought some leftovers and snacks.

“I’ll have the team prepare proper meals on the plane, for now, you can eat this first,” he told her in a pampering tone.

Even though her expression softened at the food in front of her, Rong Yue didn’t want to let go that easily so she kept glaring at him until he started talking.

“The Viridian is not owned by only one power or one country despite it being located here. Previously, when I got the message, I knew it was someone that was trying to overreach, but I also cannot take my brother’s security for granted so I had to go,”

“Your brother?” Rong Yue’s brows crinkle as she tried to make sense of the situation. After all, the brother she was familiar with was Qin Heng.

“Hmm,” Qin Yichen hummed and leaned back into the chair, his broad shoulders spreading out and giving off a kingly aura.

“My first  brother in the military also manages our family’s manpower, however, recently, things have been unstable and so many powers have been curious about where our base is as they can’t find him…”

Rong Yue listened patiently as he explained why his brother’s location was so important to many key figures.

It was not her matter so she couldn’t just decide to deal with it in the way that she knew and she had to ask him what he thought first.

Qin Yichen’s eyes deepened as he heard her words. There was something extremely casual in the way she had said it. Like as if she was certain it couldn’t be impossible.

He had yet to see someone with that type of confidence in these matters yet.

After all, even though there were some powerful forces in their country too, it was also true that at this moment, they were still a little ahead here in technology

And so even though he didn’t really need them to hack into Andrew’s phone, there was that tone and aura when Rong Yue talked that made him curious.

As the camera was outside the building and far, it didn’t pick the faces and just the figures but she was sure which one was Andrew.

“Here, there are now two more men inside with him, they might give you a clue as to what he is planning,” she turned the camera over and showed Qin Yichen.

Qin Yichen’s eyes flashed with surprise and respect. She had barely used ten minutes to pull out that video from where they were.

Not only was there a signal blocker, but it was also important to consider the distance!

However, Rong Yue didn’t even notice as she continued.

Her plan was simple, hack into the phone to be able to turn on the recording, hear the conversation, and also read through his phone.

With a plan in mind, she worked decisively, gaining control over Andrew’s phone in about ten minutes.

She first navigated from there and turned on the recording feature, that way, her laptop was now connected to the phone’s speaker.

“You say it as if what I am interested in is the Qin Corporation. We just need the secret loop he had added to their security system that way, finding Qin Feng wouldn’t be hard anymore,” Andrew shot back.

Rong Yue and Qin Yichen’s eyes met and tactic understanding passed through them.

There was something Andrew needed and he was trying to understand Qin Yichen’s security.

She remembered them saying during the competition that the security he had built was something out of the ordinary.

Clearly, it had made even these Americans helpless!
