“That’s a lie! That never happened!” Brick roared, slamming his fist on the table.

“Oh, it happened all right,” Mordecai shot back with a grin, taking a swig from his bottle. “It kept smashing you into the ground until Lilith burned its tentacle and we dragged you out.
