Serika looked down and saw she was naked, spotting all the marks and immediately pulling the blanket back up, her cheeks flushed almost immediately.

When he pulled back, her face was completely red.

“I hope you slept well,” he said calmly.

Her ears twitched happily at that and they continued forward. Ascending the same winding platforms, crossing the same luminous bridges, until finally they reached the grand doors of the throne room once more.

Only now, the atmosphere had changed completely.

Faerie nobles lined the entrance hall. Their eyes followed Jax and Serika as they approached.

The massive doors began to open slowly as they got ready to make a deal that would change the world.
