He could also feel various concepts and ideas tempting him. Bending Gravity, Folding Space, Manipulating Elements, all of which he wanted to test, and he had a kind of ’instinctual’ feeling like he could do all of that.

He opened his eyes, golden irises bright as he responded, “I feel like I could do almost anything I can imagine.”

Skadi let out a sharp bark of laughter, patting his shoulder and almost dislocating his shoulder with the immense force in her ’playful’ pats, “Good. That’s what I wanted to hear.”

Sona nodded once, satisfied. “The blessings have taken root. Your body, soul, and authority are now synchronized. You will continue to grow stronger simply by existing in mana-rich environments. Right now, you’ll be at your weakest, and you’re power will rapidly ramp up over the next few days, before a steady, continuous improvement will take place after,”

“Until when?” Jax asked, wondering how long he’ll keep improving.

“We actually don’t know. This whole Summoning Magic is very mysterious. The other Heroes also aren’t improving nearly at the rate we expect of you, as none of them are as suitable to this world as you were. We don’t know why, you’re just incredibly special,” Sona explained.

’Probably my System and those Rewards. Maybe my unique soul being a reincarnator too,’ Jax thought, but didn’t vocalize those thoughts.

Jax glanced between the three of them, “So what now? You toss me straight into the fire?”

“Not yet,” Sona replied.

She lifted her hand, and a sigil formed in the air—complex, layered, humming with stabilizing power.

“The summoning anchor has been established,” she continued. “You will be transported to Terra in four days’ time.”

“Four days?” Jax echoed.

“A necessary delay,” Sona explained. “Your power is immense, but unfamiliar. If you arrive without adapting to it, you risk collateral destruction, or worse, instability.”

Skadi crossed her arms, “We also need to prepare the Demon Kingdom for your arrival. Send down Oracles, all that jazz, and we also don’t want our Demon King blowing himself up before he even swings a sword.”

Lilith smiled knowingly, “Which is why you’ll spend the next four days training.”

Sona gestured, and a doorway of pale light opened along the side of the hall, revealing a corridor that seemed to stretch into infinity.

“A private domain has been prepared for you,” she said. “Time flows normally. No interruptions or distractions, so just learn your power. Break whatever, test whatever, Skadi will come to test you occasionally,”

Jax stared at the doorway, then laughed softly, “Four days alone with god-tier power,” he said. “Yeah… that sounds like my kind of prep.”

With that, Jax turned and stepped through the doorway, mana curling around him like a living cloak as the light closed behind him.

Light swallowed Jax, and ~BOOM!~ he had arrived, finding himself in the practice area, his naked feet touching down on smooth obsidian ground that stretched endlessly in every direction.

With a single breath, mana rushed toward him from all sides, eager, obedient, as if recognizing its master. Mountains floated far in the distance, suspended chunks of stone drifting lazily, while the horizon warped subtly, bending to his presence.

Jax rolled his shoulders and smiled.

“Yeah,” he muttered. “This’ll do.”

Before he could begin training, a mechanical voice echoed in his head.
