Nyxara grinned and raised the golden envelope.

Myles smiled and nodded.

He asked, “By the way, I want to know about the demonic arts and demonic martial arts.”

Nyxara was shocked. She tilted her head, trying to remember something.

She asked, “I can only recall that I told you about demonic arts. How did you know about demonic martial arts?”

Myles shrugged and said, “Isn’t what your mother did earlier, to suddenly appear in front of you, is a form of demonic martial arts?”

Nyxara gazed at Myles in silence for a while and replied, “Yeah. It was a demonic martial art. As for her erasing a part of her memory, that was a demonic art. It belonged to Memory and Identity Arts. If you want to know more about it, well, you can ask my Mother or we’ll simply learn more about it in the Royal Academy.”

Myles nodded.

“When will we travel?”

Nyxara’s eyes widened and slapped her face.

“I forgot, there are still two months left before the opening of the Royal Academy.”

Myles was surprised. He pondered for a while and nodded, “It’s fine. I’ll have to integrate into the new life in the meantime, too.”

Myles caught her reaction and rolled his eyes.

He said, “Like I said, I will try to integrate in this new life. Two months might not be enough. I don’t have time for your thoughts unless I have to.”

Nyxara was caught like a startled cat and immediately tried to explain.

“O-Of course, I know you aren’t like that. I want to preserve my virginity, you know. Also, I’m not thinking what you’re thinking.”

“Since you get what I was thinking, then you’re thinking what I’m thinking.”

Nyxara was speechless.

She was unable to retort.

In the end, she sighed in defeat and finally decided to change her clothes to a formal one.

When she undressed herself, Myles was still in the room, but she turned around and only showed her curvaceous back and plump cheeks below.

Myles simply gazed at it and was impressed by how well-toned her body.

Myles was surprised. He did not reply and waited for Nyxara to explain about the other explanation for the charm skill.

Nyxara stared at Myles, who went silent, and continued, “I don’t know about the Charm skill. But if you’re talking about our irresistible charm, well, it’s a demonic art, too. But it’s an innate demonic art, so I easily learn it. Likewise for your race, you can use energy drain to others without even having a proper education about demonic arts.”

Myles nodded. He contemplated for a while and asked the voice in his head:

“Is demonic martial arts a skill, too?”

He wanted to tell her to come towards him, but she might follow only because she was a slave, not by his charm.

Nyxara stared at him and her heart raced.

She closed her eyes and said, “Just so you know, if you’re aiming to charm me, it’s best to do it to others, not me. I’ve already fallen in love with you.”

Myles was stunned. Right. How could I forget?

He shook his head and said, “I just want to ask if you have prisoners that are fine to be killed?”

Nyxara was stunned.

She was confused but replied nonetheless, “Yeah. A lot.”

Myles grinned. He was exhilarated to know that he came up with a better idea to experiment with his bloodline powers.

He said, “That’s good. Can you give them to me? I want to experiment with them.”

Nyxara frowned and nodded nevertheless.

She said, “Alright. I will lend you my torture chamber. Also, don’t push me if I can’t give you any more criminals for the next two months.”

Myles nodded. “It should be in the Common Rank.”

Nyxara was surprised. “Then, the criminals you need might be lesser than you think.”

“It’s fine. As long as there is.”

Nyxara complied.
