Pink’s Blood Knight remained, as Violet led the other Blood Knights away from him. They stood at the edges of the arena platform. The distance was so far that the Pink’s Blood Knights seemed a bit smaller.

The arena referee talked with them for a while before hopping away from them and shouted, “Begin!”

As soon as he said so, both the Blood Knight and Shadowbind Knight vanished, and clashed at the previous position of the arena referee.

Magenta’s Blood Knight didn’t even last long after the Shadowbind Knight utilized the third step, causing the former to be surprised and lower his guard down.

Pink was infuriated. She clenched her fist and was trembling.

Rose, behind her, chuckled. She said, “It seems you three will have to look forward to your punishment.”

Pink shuddered and did not reply. She secretly glared at Peach and Magenta, who did not dare to meet her gaze.

Violet was surprised. She sighed. “Many demon nobles wish to have the life you have, and yet here you are, not feeling content. I feel like killing you today.”

The Young Lord smiled. “Bring it on.”

His Shadowbind Knight stepped forward, while Myles also stepped forward, as the arena referee said, “Excuse me.”

He took out a pair of wrist bands on each side of his pocket and each gave them to Violet and the Young Lord.

He bowed deeply. “Please put the sigil artifact on your wrist. But, please, make sure there is a half a kilometer distance between you first, as per the agreement of your guardians.”

Violet glanced at the wristband and recognized the sigil embedded in the artifact.

She glanced at the Young Lord, who already turned around and began to walk away from her.

She also turned around and was about to walk when Myles suddenly touched her shoulder.

She halted. “What?”

Myles shook his head. “Nothing.”

He pulled his hand and remained standing at her position.

Violet glanced at her shoulder and did not mind it, continuing to walk forward.

The arena referee shouted, “That should be enough.”

Violet and the Young Lord halted and simultaneously turned around. They glanced at each other as they put the wristband on.

As soon as the wristband locked on their wrist, the sigil activated, instantly sealing their demonic energy.

Five seconds later, they panicked for a bit when they realized they couldn’t control their limbs.

Only their eyes.

Although they cooled down, the fact there was a fifty percent chance they would die without having a chance to defend themselves terrified them.

The Guardian of Scarlet Bond and the Guardian of Obsidian Descent sensed their emotions. The former chuckled in amusement, while the latter sighed in helplessness.

They simultaneously glanced at the arena referee, who hopped away from both knights, as the latter remained in their position, staring at each other without flinching.

The arena referee silently watched them and with anticipation, he shouted with a voice higher and jubilant than before.

“Begin!”
