It was not only the boy with the boar mask that was confused. His companions and their classmates who decided to watch this spectacle were also confused by Simon’s words.

Simon tilted his head to the left, then to the right, causing everybody to hear the sound of his bones making cracking sounds.

The boy nearly took a step back in fear because of Simon’s cold and indifferent gaze , but when he realized what he was about to do, he gritted his teeth in anger.

’I nearly took a step back in fear just because of his eyes?… That damned slave.’

The boy with the boar mask barked out his orders immediately.

“Attack! Attack! Attack! He’s a slave! We won’t face a penalty even if we kill him. He can’t do anything to us and he’s also weak. Beat him to a pulp and kill him!”

Simon indifferenly stood on the same spot as the boy with the boar mask barked out his orders.

The boy standing to Simon’s left was wearing a stitched-face mask. The boy standing to Simon’s right was wearing a weeping mask, and the boy standing behind him was wearing the mask of a raven.

The boy with a raven mask suddenly ran up to Simon with hatred in his eyes. In his right and left hand were the daggers given to him by the academy.

He swung both daggers down at Simon’s shoulders, wanting to slice Simon from top to bottom.

“Die.” The boy with the raven mask said coldly as the dagger fell like a shooting star towards Simon’s shoulders.

Simon did not glance at the boy, but what he did next made it seem like he had eyes at the back of his head.

His two hands moved, and he suddenly grabbed the wrists of the boy with the raven mask just as the daggers in the boy’s hands were inches away from stabbing into his shoulder.

The eyes of the boy with the raven mask widened in disbelief. From the moment he and his friends surrounded Simon, Simon had never for once looked behind him to see if there was somebody there.

’Did he knows I was behind him even without looking at me? And how did he accurately grab my wrists? Does he have eyes at the back of his head?’

Despite having these thoughts, the boy with the raven mask tried to pry his hands free, but how could his strength be stronger than Simon’s?

“Let go, you bastard!”

He was about to kick Simon, but to his disbelief and shock, he was flung toward his friend who stood on the left side of Simon.

“Shit!”

“Damn it!”

The boy with the stitched-face mask cursed as his sprint was disrupted by Simon throwing the boy with the raven mask at him.

Both of them fell to the ground, with the raven masked boy on top of the boy with the stitched-face mask.

After throwing the raven masked boy, Simon calmly and indifferently walked up to the boy with the boar mask.

The boar masked boy gritted his teeth in anger behind his mask.

The weeping masked boy suddenly appeared by Simon’s right with the school’s dagger in his right hand.

He swung it with a roar of anger and also fear, and swung his right hand and used the back of his fist to smash the face of the weeping masked boy.

Bam!

Although the mask protected the boy’s face, the power behind the swing caused him to take several steps back.

He shook his head as he attempted to shake off his disoriented state, but a fist suddenly hit his stomach.

He bent like a crayfish, coughing out spit into his mask, but Simon did not stop there.

He sent a knee into the face of the boy, and though the mask protected his face, Simon coated his knee with his demonic energy and this caused the power behind his knee to be exponentially stronger than a normal knee strike.

The last attack was a punch to the back of the weeping masked boy, causing him to fall face flat to the ground and gasp for air.

Simon took a glance at him, then his ears twitched as the sound of the wind being sliced drifted into his ears.

He bent forward, and a second later, a dagger swiped at where his neck used to be.

“The hell?!” The boar masked boy cursed in utter disbelief.

However, Simon did not give him the time of the day.

Bam!

A kick landed on his stomach, causing him to take several steps to the back while releasing a groan of pain.

’What the hell? Is the kick of a Lesser Demon? What sort of physical strength is this?’

A shadow immediately towered over him as he clutched his stomach in pain, then he looked up, only to find the cold and indifferent eyes of Simon staring down at him.

Those eyes… Those eyes felt like Simon was detached from everything and nothing could shake its calm.

It felt like it had experienced a myriad of things and nothing was worth Simon’s full attention.

It felt like he was nothing before Simon.

“You-”

Bam!

Before he could finish his words, a knee coated with demonic energy slammed into his mask, and the force caused him to fall on his back.

He was stunned.

“Show me how many merits you have.”
