He walked forward and stood beside Simon, looking at Tibat who had a dark expression.

Tibat so much wished to stop Merath and Jorra from leaving, but Akaza’s presence prevented her from doing so.

She glared at him with gritted teeth.

“So you’ve decided to live as the slave of a slave. I thought you still had some pride and dignity left in you, Akaza.”

“I can’t imagine that a talent of one of the six great clans would subject himself to living as a slave of a slave.”

“I don’t know your story or the reason why you’re in the Shadowgrave Clan, but you’re more pathetic than many of us for choosing to live as a slave.”

Simon indifferently waved his hand without even sparing her a glance.

“Get in the back of the line. Others arrived before you, and…you’re honestly too weak.”

Tibat froze, and she instantly felt lost.

What sort of disregard was this?

When had she felt like this?

She was not an elite of the Second Years, but she was regarded as one of the talents of her class.
