The angels granted the powers of Virtue granting them the divine might of their creator’s lawful creators. The demons on the other hand were granted to hold Sins opposing the virtues granted by their most wicked creators

“Alrighty we have about ten minutes left for the arrival of the final wave. Be careful not to get caught. She’s by far the worst-”

William yawned at his claims even going so far as to interrupt Morris in their briefing to convey his boredom. “Boring… come on Christo aren’t ya jumping the gun with those words of yours? Our enemy is the wielder of the virtue Chastity?”

“And your point?” Morris asked

“Uriel of Chastity? She’s is no match for me… wanna hear my secret plan?”

Christoper was then cut off once again by none other than Spell Thief as he tried to permit William to proceed. “No fucking way! Christoper, can you think even for a little? I know we came from you but not all of us are smart,”

“You guys did a sloppy job and you took out that anger to me? Hey, I’m not the one who rushed you assholes. You did it yourselves!” Uriel darted at the dead carcass beneath her feet and then spotted it slowly dissipating as vapor-like mana began to flow upwards

Uriel shrugs back and calls her angelic swarms only to be surprised as the two are then trapped in a black sphere. “Nuh uh uh! You can’t back down once you make your bet. Don’t you know you could lose a finger if you did this in poker?”

“Damn it all… try your best shot! You won’t get passed through me! I’ve laid thousands of your kind do you think you can beat me?” Uriel then calls forth her trusted Mace and awaits the impending force before her very eyes as he calls for a few of his copies

“I heard that playing games is a good idea to get to know each other. Let’s play a guessing game, shall we? Which is the real me?”

Three copies joined alongside him and as they surrounded Uriel they shuffled among themselves. They rush onward with not the slightest hint of hesitation in each glance she makes ultimately swinging to her rear. Or so she led him to believe then twisted her ankle and swung the mace forward upon making a fluid twirl

’His usual attack pattern is to go through his enemy’s weak spot but I already witnessed this move of his thousands of times. Knowing how cautious this demon is even if he dares risk his life and go through my rear I spun around allowing myself to retaliate. Seeing as I struck the rear quite cleanly my prediction was right, the real enemy was before my very eyes,’

Uriel’s action allowed her to not only break the skull of his foe from her rear but also deny the attack in her front. Two copies remain being positioned at her sides she felt neither the slightest threat as her vitals were safely guarded by her armor. Uriel jolted upon seeing a devilish smile at her left and her body grappled by the headless copies along with the right

“Sorry to be a party pooper but you chose poorly, I position myself to your sides, considering you’ll only think I’ll hit the vitals,” Christoper takes a few steps back circulating his demonic energy and properly positioning his arm in its rightful stance

“You think you could get away unharmed because of your armor? The only reason for your loss is your arrogance. Even at this very moment, you remain the same, only seeing me as a mere dog?”

Uriel felt a bottomless dread upon being in his presence, for as long as she remembered she never felt pressured… but this very moment not only opened her eyes but even allowed her mind to acknowledge the thing before her very eyes. The Demon King her brethren and Uriel herself belittled was indeed strong for all the loss of her brothers were genuine
