Chapter 137: Punishment part 1

Braelyn’s POV

The sound of the door clicking shut echoed far louder than it should have in the stillness of the room. It felt like I was crossing a line I couldn’t uncross even if I wanted to.

The room itself was drenched in shadows under the dim blue lights. Floor-to-ceiling windows stretched along one wall, letting in faint lights through the tinted glass. Dark curtains framed them, half-pulled making the room feel eerie

The cold sensation sent shivers down my spine and made my skin prickle with a weird sensation.

My breath caught as my eyes found him properly.

Lucien sat back in the armchair like a sin he wasn’t bothered to hide. He was relaxed and shirtless completely unbothered by everything. His body was a perfect masterpiece, muscles taut beneath pale skin touched by the blue light. One arm rested against the chair, the other loose at his side holding a glass of whiskey he casually brought to his lips to sip.

And then there was the mask. It hid his entire face leaving just his eyes. I couldn’t determine the expression he had on and could only rely on his eyes. He screamed danger, my pulse spiked violently.

Heat coiled low in my stomach, crawling upward, setting every nerve on edge. I hated how quickly my body reacted. How quickly fear melted into something far more treacherous.

“Close the door Viper. It’s time for your punishment ” he said with a hoarse voice. His eyes didn’t leave.

“Lucien..” I gasped.

He dropped the glass. His gaze was keen on me. “Enough talk Viper. ” He drawled.

“Shut the door and strip.” My breath hitched. What did he have in mind?

I couldn’t see his expression but I was certain he had a smirk on his lips. “I want you to crawl to me Viper. It’s time to teach you how to listen to instructions.”

I could hear my heartbeat in my ears. He leaned back in the chair, waiting, his hand faintly tightening around the cup.

My hand clutched my bag, a haggard breath let my lips. “You seem nervous…” he drawled. I slowly raised my head and nodded.

“Good. You should be. This is a punishment after all.” He admitted and my heart skipped a traitorous beat

“I don’t have all night Viper. If you can’t obey the door is open for you.” He chimed. I sucked in a deep breath. The bag dropped from my head. I reached out to pull off my shoes..

“The shoes stay with your panties; everything else goes .” His voice stopped me, and my head snapped up, confused. He placed his glass down and started to drum his fingers on the smooth polished table

His muscles tensed a bit. He was anticipating this. I nodded. I wonder how crazy his instructions will get. I pulled off my jacket first before reaching for the buttons of my shirt. His gaze followed me as I undid each button, one after the other, until the shirt slid off, and the cold breeze kissed my skin, making me gasp.

I was also wearing a small singlet, which I pulled off my head before proceeding with the skirt. The zip slid down and I started to pull it down to my feet. My clothes pulled at my feet. I stepped out of the wreck with the only clothes on my body being my bra and panties.

I finally reached for the buckle of the bra which I unclasped. The bra was tossed on the floor with the rest of my clothes. My nipples stood immediately under his intense gaze.

His eyes sparkled, I was certain he had a smirk on his lips right now. “That’s perfect Viper. ” He said as he instructed me with his eyes to go down which I did slowly going down

I lowered myself to my knees until I touched the cold marble floor which made me shiver

Cold marble kissed my skin instantly, seeping into my knees and my palms, sliding up my spine like a warning I ignored. The chill stole my breath for a second, forcing a sharp inhale out of me. I hated how exposed I felt down there, how his face watched, how bare my bosoms were yet it felt thrilling.

And he saw everything, his gaze remained unforgiving.

I felt it tracing every movement, every hesitant shift of my weight, every tremor my body betrayed. There was no escape from it. No place to hide. I was being watched like prey that had already stopped running.

Slowly, I moved forward. My palms pressed flat against the cold floor as I crawled, one deliberate movement at a time. The ache in my knees built quickly but it only made me more aware of myself. Of how ridiculous this position was. How humiliating and how disgusting thrilling this was

I felt ashamed of how this made me feel like I had lost the line that divided normal from crazy.

Heat pooled between my thighs. My cheeks burned as I realised how wet I was, how my body responded eagerly to something that should have reduced me to nothing.

’You have lost yourself, Brealyn.’ I scoffed inwardly

I swayed my hips without meaning to as I moved with a slow, exaggerated pace, each crawl closing the distance between us. My breath came out unevenly. I couldn’t lift my eyes. I didn’t dare to meet his gaze before I lost it

I stopped just before his feet. Silence stretched for a moment before he rose.

“Good girl,” he chimed, a look of approval in his eyes.

The words sank straight into me. My breath stuttered, my thighs tightening instinctively. My head dipped lower reflexively. My body was responding before my pride could catch up. My nipples tightened painfully under the heavy weight of his attention.

Lucien rose. He stood slowly like a predator unfolding itself for the hunt. I felt the shift in the air immediately his presence looming above me. He didn’t touch me but his eyes did.

He began to circle.

Bare feet moved soundlessly around me as I stayed frozen on my hands and knees, every nerve blazing my folds clenching and unclenching with every step. I felt smaller with every pass he made, my vulnerability magnified.

“You’re trembling,” he murmured quietly, somewhere behind me. I shivered harder at the sound.

“And you’re flushed,” he continued, almost amused. “Look at you… skin warm, breath unsteady. All this embarrassment, and yet..”

He stopped in front of me. I could feel his eyes burning into my face, into the way my lips parted helplessly, into the way my thighs clenched. Lucien squatted before I tried to avoid his gaze. He didn’t force me to look, his hand reached for one of my breasts he squeezed gently but enough to make me hiss as he held my erect nipple

I was still trying to keep my mind sane, ignoring how that hand slowly crawled down my stomach then slipped through my panties until it hovered over my labia and without any warning he dipped into my wet folds…and just like that the moans spilt

“…you’re soaked,” he said as a matter of fact. My breath caught in my throat after the moan.

Shame crashed through me… followed immediately by desire so sharp it made my stomach coil. He circled my clit before pinching it and I was forced to stare at him.
