He was looking for a solution to the current problem that the Kingsley family was facing.

While the Morgan family deciding not to collaborate with them any longer would not lead the Kingsley family to bankruptcy, it would still affect them greatly.

Some companies and businesses that were linked to the Morgan family also terminated any cooperation with the Kingsley family, which had the biggest impact on them.
