Chapter 197: I Want to be Kidnapped!

He was able to find a piece of clothing, it was a trouser, but Kevin hesitated on whether to take it or not.

Regret filled his heart, as he thought of what had happened. If he had known that this would have been the consequence of eating the bread, even though he could clearly see that it had expired, he would have just tried to endure the hunger.

At least, the feeling of being hungry was not as painful as being poisoned by the expired bread. Additionally, he was still feeling hungry at this moment, increasingly so.

Just as he was thinking that his life was coming to an end, and that he was going to die to the poison, he suddenly heard the sound footsteps approaching.

As he looked over, he realized that it was a group of three men. Each one of them looked incredibly muscular, and from the tattoos on the exposed arms, they looked much like gangsters.

Thinking about the experience that he had the previous day, where he was kidnapped, Kevin felt a shiver running down his spine.

From his movements, those that observed him could easily tell that he was a skilled person.

But as the punch approached the face of the newcomer, this man suddenly reacted. With incredible speed, his right arm moved, before the wrist was suddenly grabbed.

Before the attacker could express his shock, he suddenly began screaming, as he felt incredible pain coming from where his wrist was being held.

And in the next moment, and irresistible force suddenly pulled him towards the man, and as he approached, he was kicked in the stomach, before his wrist was released, allowing him to collapse onto the ground.

The other two upon realizing that their partner had been taken out, and so fast, were quite shocked. Still, they were able to react as they charged at the man.

The moment that they closed in on him, they did not hesitate to attack. One of them launched a kick towards the man’s face, while the other one launched a punch towards his left rib.

But this man was able to react quite quickly. He moved forward, easily lodging the punch, while approaching the person who had just thrown the kick.

Due to his movement, he was able to dodge the kick by tilting his head slightly, and he used his right hand to grab the leg.

The moment that he grabbed the leg, he suddenly raised his hand into the air, pulling the leg along. At the same time, he kicked at the other leg that was still on the ground, sweeping the man to the ground.

Immediately after that, he kicked towards the side, where the other man was approaching him with the intention of grabbing him.
