He had sent his secretary to deal with a negotiation that he could not deal with personally, and she had only left today. She was expected to come back the following day.

Unexpectedly, she had called him, making him wonder what was going on. Could it be that such a simple negotiation had encountered an unexpected twist?

“Boss, do you not know? At the moment, several of the shareholders of the company are selling their shares to someone. After that, Dwayne ended the call, as he thought of the possibilities of who might be behind this. Being one of the top security firms in the world, Vanguard corporation had many eyes on it.

As he ended the last call, Dwayne felt listless. What could he do? After all, when he said that he was willing to offer a price that was 10% higher than what they had been given, he was a little refused.

First of all, Dwayne had promised that he would be able to pay for the acquisition of the shares within the next two years. That was something that neither of those selling the shares accepted, considering that they were receiving the money immediately after signing the contract.
