Chapter 148: A Big Rig

Blackbeard is taking in the sun when the sublime voice of Apolita hits his ears. The half-demon is amazingly beautiful witty and after a few drinks a half-decent singer. Apolita without even turning off the common engine powering her speed boat leaps into the air and Like a great white shark, Blackbeard grabs her bring on board his wobbly raft.

So whenever she is Blackbeard in open water she often tries to jump overboard and he has to catch her or else he will be in big trouble.  He doesn’t mind its not like they are on one of those warships that Thaw is rumoured to be reading a dungeon for. Every pirate faction is talking about their luck and is looking for similar raids to do themselves. Blackbeard would already be on the ghost rig if not for his belief in SKY Ocean Hunter amongst Naga players from the Barren Sea. SKY Ocean Hunter is very well known in fact it is way Blackbeard joined after seeing SKY Ocean Hunter earn his tides was a special moment for all Barren Sea. 

Blackbeard sprays some water from his sea sack over her before laughing and hugging her back. Esama’el who has melted at the scene of the lovers collects her love weeping heart, curses the men who are too weak for her and says, “UHM!” It is gentle enough that the two take sneak in personal before the entire squad lines up. This is to reinforce Tyrs’ position as a leader and is also fun once you really get into it. 

Blackbeard is the current one in charge, ” attention!” while other guilds go with more fancy things Tyr is more concerned with getting things done especially today. It is only once Ninth Immortal and Frey are around that they have to stick to the formalities but he lets them do it anyways practice never hurts. The whole thing doesn’t take more than a few seconds then everyone is sitting on the raft talking about the mission ahead. 

Blackbeard says, “You can’t! It’ too dangerous no one has returned from there yet.” His concern is clearly more for Apolita than Tyr but he is looking at his guild leader with wide eyes. With competitive players, it is important for there to be parity between players many couples break up because one has become too powerful. Blackbeard knows his faults and tries not to push them into his relationship with Apolita but she is too carefree sometimes and worse of all in a guild like Sunken Reef where falling behind means you get left behind could ruin what they have going. Apolita is barely past the level twenty-five minimum. If she died she would have to grind back on Pike and the monsters there are too weak. Apolita holds the massive nagas’ hand. 

Esama’el says, “be as that may we have little choice our team is designed for us to meet the goals we have set out.” Tyr is looking at the cloud trying to figure out which rig it is. It is every player desire with a passing interest in production to meet these rogue companies. Tyr wants to jump in and swim across right now but it is almost five kilometres away and it will be time to log of soon. He remembers how his old friends talked about an Arzadi Cloud factory where he leant to literally mould clouds into his buildings this gave his dinner halls the feeling of being outside while flying through the sky. 

Greenhorn who is never shy is suddenly half-hidden in the water. She never usually minds people seeing her bare chest but that is Tyr. The leader of Infinite SKY Chapter and the most handsome cutest little human she has ever seen. She swims around the raft peeing her head every now and then to catch a glimpse of Tyr before being overwhelmed by the thoughts of him getting excited at seeing her somewhat naked body. Tyr and her eyes meet at one point locked in a confused stare Tyr continue what he was saying, “We have a plan and I want to get it over and done with.” 

Blackbeard and Esama’el bite their tongues both have tried to increase the number people of going on this journey only to be shut down by Tyr. With everyone going their separate ways this will give him a chance to maybe find and reclaim some blueprints. His constant gazing at the Ghost Rig and shifty clouds have the others worried as that is how it the others. They stare at it and for some reason are drawn to it. The reason Blackbeard and his squad didn’t get seduced is that they have kept a healthy distance.   

Apolita says, “Takes this hun we will meet you onboard once you arrive.” Apolita hands him her stone. At the behest of Tyr is looking at the time before he logs out he has decided to use one of the squad to swim aboard as they are faster than anything they have on board. Also unlike rafts, they are much harder to detect. Apolita chose Blackbeard because he would volunteer anyway plus as his Mrs she could let miss out especially when the boss finally lets her have her way. She has been bombarding him with message after message asking for Blackbeard to come along.  Tyr wasn’t worn down nor does he need the extra time but it placated her. Tyr, in fact, hoped that if anything does go wrong he won’t have to deviate from the mission he has planned for himself.

Blackbeard jumps into the ocean elated at finally getting a chance to see the strange place up cold. His body ripples through the ocean faster than a sailfish his dorsal fin peaking up every now and then. The swim is relatively peaceful only some unwanted Razor sharks which he was able to quickly dodge. He swims up one last time before diving deep about two kilometres away from the rig. He is streaming privately to the others the rig. The rig is a ain’t spikey conch shell whose bottom he can’t see. It has the familiar glow of Bioluminescence. Each spike alive with activity undersea vessels of designs he has never seen before even the Barren Sea nothing as grand as what he is seeing is possible. 

Tyr zooms the feed looking for any insignia to tell which rig they have found. He does see a slave beast ship. Popular amongst evil faction players these ships irk him more unlife ships. They use massive living sea creatures kept alive with suspension stones. It is beyond cruel but Tyr moves on, as only SKY Ocean Hunter can change this. The vessel is too large and Blackbeard is already heading up to mark the platform for them to come through. 

Blackbeard is in awe at what he is seeing in front of him. O top of the conch is a city shaped like a ship that is shaped like a lotus. It has all these features and more. The technical knowledge to build and maintain something like this puts this at a whole new level for Blackbeard. Tyr like everyone marvels too this is his first time seeing up close like this is spectacular. Machinery moves loads of crates and platforms, elevators. Raising ships and people alike into the bowls of the lotus city’s ship. Tyr thinks he hasn’t seen this one. However, he can tell it is not the Flying Dutchmen. As the Headquarters of the Bramuda it is protected by all manner of magic shielding and layers upon layers of weapons and a fully conscripted company army. While also defending the value of the Flying Dutchmen completely outstrips the value of the smaller rigs that it can build.

Blackbeard lands on one of the lower platforms on the fall is a symbol. Blackbeard focuses on it Tyr smiles reading the name of the Rig. Tyr says, “It’s a shipbuilder, The Capsized Angolan.” Tyr has never seen this one but that is always possible Odyessy hell Bramuda isn’t even the only shipbuilding rouge company around. 

Apolita says, “how can you read that?” 

Tyr says, “just open a book, ” he chuckles thinking about how much he can take from this trove. The Capsized Angolan is going to be his way to help SKY Ocean Hunter. 

Esame’al says, “How can they build something so amazing how does it float. Who is in charge?” Sigh is unable to control herself as every question spills out her mouth. Nobody answers as they don’t know even Tyr is at a loss. Any species can be running this rig Bramuda is that large. Plus they are so well travelled anything could have happened the company might run the ship anymore.  One of the famous pirate bays is the Airbourne Englishmen thou it is completely stationary now after years of neglect at the hand of pirates. 

Tyr squints his eyes seeing something that nearly makes him faint and says, “Apolita portal now!”
