“Well he’s an interesting one, isn’t he?” Wanda said, looking at the three remaining in her shop. Amusement on her face as she noticed the looks of complete confusion on their faces as they registered what had just happened. None of them expecting Dionysus of all people to act as he just had.

“That is an understatement of the century” Percy replied with a deadpan, shaking off the shock that had just hit him. He knew Gods were…odd, but that entire interaction was a little more than odd, in his eyes at least.

“Lord Dionysus is one of the more…extravagant Gods” Chiron added, agreeing that the man was…interesting.

“And does he normally act in such a manner?” Wanda asked in interest, as she had never actually met a God before. Not one that was quite literally Divine, at least.

“”””Yes”””” They all responded at the same time, bluntly. Deadpans on each of their faces, even Chiron’s, who looked like he was used to Dionysus and his…oddity.

“Well, at least I know he wasn’t acting too strangely with me. I do love a new customer after all. Ah, speaking of new customers! Do you wish to buy anything, Chiron? I do have many books that might be of interest to you” Wanda offered, as the man shook his head.

“I’ll have to decline. I simply came here to make sure that this place was safe. And seeing as Lord Dionysus has bought from you, I suspect it is”

“Ah, that’s too bad. And what of the other demigods in your camp? Will you allow them to shop from my store?” Wanda asked, as the man glanced at the two demigods and Satyr, all of them nodding, with even Annabeth nodding at the idea, albeit slower than Percy and Grover.

“…I suppose I can. But I will need to speak more on it with Lord Dionysus. But if these books that you are selling are truly worth it, then I can allow it” Chiron said after a few moments of thought, and the enthused nods of the three children.

“That would be great, Chiron. Any new customers are welcome, including Demigods, Gods, and whatever else may come through my doors. As long as none attempt to harm others, my shop, or myself, they are allowed in. Ah, and just know, that this place, should you allow your demigods here, is a neutral ground. Meaning no fighting, even if a monster was to walk through that door. That is one of my most important rules for this place” Wanda responded, causing the man Centaur to nod in understanding, as that was a fair rule for someone who owns a store like Wanda’s.

“I’ll keep that in mind, Miss Maximoff. I wish you a good day” Chiron said with a small bow, before leaving the shop, the children giving her a wave before following after him moments later, leaving Wanda alone once again.

The books that Wanda had gotten from Dionysus, had proven to be…interesting. Most of them were on Greek lore and magics, and were entirely unique to the world of PJO. The books were all read within the next few days, as she had greedily learned everything within them.

There were a total of 250 books that Dionysus had given her, and each and every single one of them were completely new and unique. They were all now being sold in her shop in specific sections, as some of them were quite odd in nature, making them expensive and rare.

With the groups leaving, Wanda had opened up the shop a few days later, only to be greeted by Daenerys once again.

“Ah, the Queen of Meereen. What can I do for you, Daenerys?” Wanda asked, looking into the woman’s eyes. She wondered if the girl would act as she had last time, as if she did…well, she might have to make sure she understood that her being a Queen meant nothing to her.

“I wish to know your answer, Wanda Maximoff. Of whether or not you will agree to my offer, or continue to stay here, wasting my time” Daenerys asked, causing Wanda to look over at her with an unimpressed glance.

“For someone who wants me to work with you, you are acting quite arrogantly. I’ll accept your offer, Daenerys. But only once you stop acting like an arrogant little brat, otherwise I’ll be forced to put you in your place, and trust me, that will not be a fun experience for you” Wanda said simply, giving her the slightest of glares, as Daenerys stood still, a gasp of fear echoing from her, as sweat began to fall from her brow.

She could feel it. The danger that Wanda naturally exuded, the warning. The warning that if she continued to act in such a manner, then she would not like the outcome. And most of all, that Wanda had limits, and Daenerys was encroaching upon them.

‘Hopefully this’ll curb that growing arrogance of hers. Besides the fact that I used my magic to get rid of those nasty bloodline side effects that she was beginning to go under. Madness is a horrible thing, and while she is an arrogant little thing, she doesn’t deserve to go through what she did in canon’ Wanda thought, still glaring at the woman who shuddered in fear, lowering her head slightly.

“I-I apologize, Lady Maximoff! I did not realize I had slighted you, and for that, I humbly ask for your forgiveness” Daenerys said, lowering her head in a submissive bow, fear coating every inch of her being, a primordial fear of Wanda and what she represented.

Seeing the girl lowering her head in fear, Wanda looked her over for a few moments.

‘Seems she’ll be better to work with than I had thought. Good that she understands that she cannot act like that with me, and others. Arrogance is not a good look, even in the world like hers’ Wanda thought, as a small pleased smile formed on her face, and her glare ceased.

“You’re forgiven, Daenerys. I just hope you understand that you cannot act in such a manner. Not with me, and not with those you wish to rule over. After all, I would hate to help an arrogant Queen” Wanda said with a smile, as Daenerys looked up at her with a surprised expression.

“You-you’re going to help me? Truly? Even after I had acted like such a-such a cunt?” Daenerys said rather crudely, albeit she was right. That she had been acting like a brat, not someone that would rule over the Seven Kingdoms in the future.

“Well yes. You were acting like a brat, but you still deserve to be helped, Daenerys. Especially with the things that will be coming your way in the next few years. And the things you are doing are incredible, Daenerys. Freeing slaves, breaking the wheel and truly changing things. Why would I not want to be a part of it?” Wanda replied, as the woman straightened her clothing awkwardly, as it had gotten a little ruffled up thanks to what had just happened.

“I-thank you, Lady Maximoff. This…this will make a huge difference in the growth of my claim for the Throne. I would greatly appreciate your aid in reclaiming the Seven Kingdoms, but also in the running of the lands that I currently run” Daenerys responded, as Wanda chuckled.

“I’ll be helping you, that much is certain. You need to learn how to not only run these Slavers Bay cities that you are conquering, but how to keep them. As once you leave to Westeros, you cannot just abandon these people you have freed, Daenerys. No one deserves such a thing” Wanda explained to the woman, as she remembered that eventually Slavers Bay would have been taken back over by the Slavers, meaning nothing she had done would have changed much, and the Slaves that had been freed do not deserve a fate like that.

“I-I understand. I’ll need your aid in keeping control over my lands, I do not wish for the innocents that I have freed to be brought back under the monsters that had previously ruled over them. It-it is time that I stop thinking so much of the reclaiming of the Westeros, but also keeping the lands that I have already liberated” Daenerys said with a serious glint in her eyes.

Hearing this, Wanda looked her in the eyes with a smile on her face, before replying to the woman.

“…Good. Now, why don’t we talk about what this new…partnership entails?” Wanda asked, as the Queen looked her in the eyes, and nodded in agreement, as they both made to sit at one of the coffee tables. One thought on their minds as they did so.

She has put Daenerys in her place, and will now be interacting with her more commonly as she becomes an advisor to Daenerys and her Kingdom. Daenerys will likely just be an apprentice/student of sorts, and not a romantic partner like Raven or Death.
