[3rd POV]

At the hotel, Wanda was in her bedroom, her kids both laying in bed on both her sides.

“How come you never told us about them, Mama?” Milim asked, remembering the face that Wanda had made when she talked about her sons.

“Because it can be quite hard to speak about them, Milim. Talking about loved ones that you have lost is very very very hard. And it is because of that that I did not get angry at Tsunade for her words, and for her attempt at attacking us. Because she is grieving. And I understand what she is going through” Wanda replied to her daughter, who sadly looked at her.

“What were their names?” Naruto asked, as Wanda smiled softly.

“Thomas and William” Wanda responded softly, as Naruto was cuddled against her.

“I wish we could meet them” Milim whispered, as Wanda smiled.

“Maybe in the future hon. After all, existence is infinite. And while the ones that I know and love might not exist anymore, there are many more out there that you can meet. Some of them I am certain are just like them” Wanda replied, as the two of them looked at her.

“I’d like that” Milim said, as Naruto nodded, agreeing with the idea.

“Mmm, I’ll make it happen in the future. But for now, let’s get some sleep. Afterall, tomorrow we have a rather irritating little snake to deal with” Wanda said with a warm smile as she pressed a kiss against each of their foreheads.

Soon, the three of them fell asleep, as they stayed cuddled with their mother.

The next day, Wanda had awoken to eat breakfast with the kids, only to have Shizune run up to them, panting as Wanda looked at her.

“T-Tsunade-sama, she’s-she’s gone! I think she’s gone to meet with Orochimaru!” Shizune exclaimed, as Wanda looked at her, before spreading her senses, humming as she found that Jiraiya was currently unconscious thanks to the work of Tsunade.

“She is. Jiraiya is currently knocked out in his room. You go and heal him, we’ll go find Tsunade” Wanda ordered, as the woman looked at her surprised, before nodding and racing off. She knew from Tsunade that Wanda was immensely powerful, so powerful that she was warned not to even think of fighting her.

“Can I beat up the snake Mama?” Milim asked, as Wanda giggled.

“No darling, but you can beat up his servant, the boy named Kabuto. I’ll be personally dealing with Orochimaru, as he has done some things that are overstepping his bounds” Wanda said, as they began to race through the small town that they were in, towards where Tsunade was battling it out with Orochimaru and Kabuto together.

Eventually they reached the battlefield, as Wanda landed next to Tsunade, who was wiping blood from her lips.

“I-I didn’t heal him. I-I had to see if you were telling the truth, if he was really manipulating me. And you were. So…thank you for that” Tsunade said, as Wanda looked down at her with a soft smile, her hand stretching out as she placed her hand on Tsunade’s shoulder, instantly healing her of all her wounds, and not only that, but it seemed she had boosted her a bit.

If her de-aging was any indicator.

‘…Oops’ Wanda thought, as she just shrugged, deciding it didn’t really matter that much, before she turned to Orochimaru who was watching her hesitantly.

“I’m shocked you still came here, snake. Considering what I did to your cursed marks” Wanda said with a smile on her face, a smile that widened even more upon seeing the wide eyed fear that began to form on Orochimaru’s face.

“Milim hon, you can go and beat up that boy if you wish. Naruto, how about you take care of the summon?” Wanda asked, noticing the large snake summon as Naruto grinned and nodded, racing off to summon Yasaka so he can beat up Orochimaru’s snake summon.

At the same time, Kabuto couldn’t even react as a fist launched him through the tree line, Milim moving so fast that he couldn’t even comprehend what was happening. Pain arched through his being as Milim began to truly beat the living shit out of him.

“You-you’re the one who got rid of my marks? How!?” Orochimaru exclaimed in anger and fear.

“It’s quite simple, I’m just powerful enough to do it. A simple little thing as a soul mark isn’t difficult for me to get rid of. And doing it to three hundred and two people isn’t much of a difference for me” Wanda responded simply with a shrug, as she disappeared and reappeared in front of Orochimaru.

“So, how do you wish to do this? I can either kill you and wipe your soul from existence, or I can make you into something better, someone better. Show you things that will shatter that little mind of yours, and rework it into something that will improve the world as a whole” Wanda said with a smile, as the man scowled at her, attempting to use a jutsu, only for her to snap her finger as his eyes widened.

Weakness filled his form, as he let out a gasp.

“Wha-what did you just do!?” Orochimaru gasped out, pain and weakness flowing through her being.

“I cut you off from your chakra. So now you really do have to choose. Either reworked or dead, it’s your choice. And before you say anything, there are no other options, and there is absolutely no chance of you getting away from me, so I’d be careful with how you decide” Wanda said with a smile on her face, as if this was nothing.

And it was. Reworking a soul or mind was casual to her. She could shatter the mind of anyone she wanted by just showing her true form. As the form she always showed? It was just a cover. Her true form was more akin to that of an eldritch horror, but not ugly, just…beyond.

That and her true form would obliterate all of reality if she showed it. With only higher multiverses like Marvel and DC being able to withstand the sheer power that would radiate from her existence should she do that.

“…R-Rework” Orochimaru stuttered fearfully, as Wanda smiled.

“Great! This’ll hurt, but afterwards…well, lets just say you’re life will be a lot better…probably” Wanda said, as her hand shot out, and she tapped him on the forehead.

The second she did that, his mind began to be reworked. Memories began to pour into his head. Memories of the future, of the events of Boruto. Of his own failures and growth, of the things that he would do, and the good things he would accomplish during Boruto.

She also showed him what would happen in alternate universes where he continued down this route. What would happen to the world should he continue like he was. What his failures would grow into, and the true and absolute monster that he would become.

Tears of blood began to trickle out of his eyes, staining his cheeks as he saw what was coming. Of Kaguya and her threat. Of the Akatsuki. Of how truly, and utterly meaningless his thoughts and actions meant.

Of the fact that Konoha was absolutely NEEDED in order to stop this, in order to save the world, and save the future.

He saw it all, and his mind could only struggle to understand and withstand all of this, as he breathed out, the memories soon finishing as his chakra returned to him, and he opened his eyes, looking at Wanda with a new light.

Looking down to the ground below, he began to…laugh. He laughed loud and manically, as he truly realized just how useless what he was doing is, and just how overwhelmingly powerful this woman before him was.

“I understand now! How foolish I have been! How useless what I am doing was!” Orochimaru yelled out, as his laughter began to die down, his old teammates looking at him with wide eyes, as he lowered his head.

“I apologize for the actions I have taken against you, Ma’am. I apologize for my foolishness and my arrogance. And I apologize for not seeing the truth of the world sooner. And I swear on all that I am, that I shall become what you have shown me I can become. I will accomplish things even better than that” Orochimaru said to Wanda sincerely. If she had sensed him lying or alternate thoughts, she would have killed him, but he was being completely and utterly truthful with his words.

And upon hearing those words, Wanda had only one thing to say in response.

“…Good, lets hope you keep that promise”
