[3rd POV]

With the return to the bookstore over with, the day had passed simply, with her children getting to know Ivy and Raven a bit more. More specifically Raven, as Milim was a bit smarter than she looked, and had noticed the lingering glances that Raven had started giving Wanda recently.

Wanda had noticed them, of course. And she suspected that Raven might be gaining a crush on her. Which was…cute, really cute. She was interested in the emo woman, but she also was interested in getting to know her more first, which is why she planned on inviting her out on a date soon.

But now it was a new day, and after explaining a few things to Naruto regarding how to do some of the work she had given him, and it was time to open up shop.

“You wanna flip the sign to open, Naruto?” Wanda asked her son, who was sitting on her left while Milim was on her right.

“Last time your sister did it so I think it’s only right you get to do it this time” Wanda said, as Naruto grinned widely and nodded, knowing that flipping the sign to open was what would open up the shop to his Mama’s home universe!

With his decision in mind, Naruto got up and walked to the door, and grabbed the sign, before flipping it open with an exaggerated movement, causing Wanda to giggle and Milim to roll her eyes, pouting slightly.

“You’ll get to do it next time okay? It’s Naruto’s first time so he gets to go” Wanda said, as Milim slowly nodded, still wishing she was able to go, but understanding that her Mama wanted her brother to get do it once too.

“Now, let’s see who will come in first, okay?” Wanda said, as they both nodded, Naruto moving to sit back next to her, as the door dinged and in walked…Lucifer.

“Ah! My favorite bookstore owner! I was wondering when you’d open back up! That time displacement was quite the interesting little thing” Lucifer said with a grin, as Wanda sighed.

“Hello Lucifer. What can I do for you today?” Wanda asked, as both Naruto and Milim looked at the man with slightly surprise, knowing from their Mama that this man in front of them was one of the only beings in this multiverse that could genuinely compare to her, or maybe even surpass her.

“Just wished to see my favorite bookstore owner, and the two beings from outside this multiverse. Afterall, it’s not everyday that you see someone from another multiverse” Lucifer said with a smirk as he glanced at Naruto and Milim.

He could very easily sense their power and that they were quite unique. Especially when it came to the energies that they utilized, which was different from anything they had in the DC multiverse.

“So you’re not going to buy anything, and are just here because you’re curious about my children?” Wanda asked, as she deadpanned. The man in front of her tended to be quite annoying at times, and Wanda was just hoping that he wouldn’t cause her problems.

But knowing him, that was an eventuality.

“Of course I am going to buy something! Those new books you have are quite interesting, and I’ll also get a batch of your delicious muffins, I’m sure my favorite detective would like one” Lucifer responded, as Wanda raised an eyebrow, knowing he was talking about the one and only Chloe Decker.

Hearing what he wanted, Wanda looked at Naruto who grinned and ran into the back, only to return moments later with a batch of six muffins, all freshly made and smelling absolutely delicious.

“Fantastic. I’ll also take all of these as well” Lucifer said, making a motion with his hand as a stack of around 27 books flowed from the bookshelves onto the counter, as Milim began to shove them into bags while Wanda took the large stack of cash the man had placed onto the counter moments later.

“Anything else?” Wanda asked, as the man shook his head.

“Nope! I’ll be back soon though, Mazikeen wishes to buy some of your books on foreign martial arts” Lucifer informed, as Wanda raised an eyebrow, remembering who Mazikeen was, but before she could say anything, Lucifer gave her a wave and walked off, causing her to sigh.

“He’s kind of annoying” Milim said bluntly after the men stepped out of the door, causing Wanda to nod.

“Yes, honey, yes he is. But he is also a great customer, and not a bad man, just annoying” Wanda responded.

“How is as strong as you? He seems so weak!” Naruto asked, as while Wanda had told them that Lucifer was likely on par with her in power, she hadn’t explained why.

“Because he is the son of the God of this multiverse, the most powerful being in this multiverse who could crush me like a bug. This entity is known simply as “The Presence” and is far beyond even me. So, it is only natural that his son would be powerful as well” Wanda explained as they both looked surprised to hear that there was someone that could crush Wanda.

But they decided that it did make sense, considering this entity was “God”. Not the actual one of course, Wanda knew that he was just the God of this multiverse. She had no idea if there was a God out there, a true one.

If there was one, she’d love to meet them.

The door dinged again a few moments later, as normal customers began to walk in, this being the old ladies that loved to do their book club at her shop, and were some of her favorite customers.

Mostly because they were kind and very fun to watch, especially because they read a lot of very…interesting romance novels that tended to be a bit more…spicey. Which coming from a bunch of women who ranged from their 60’s to late 70’s was quite amusing.

Seeing that the book club was here with smiles on their faces, Wanda smiled, knowing that everything was back to normal.

In the Harry Potter universe, her clone was currently in Egypt, sitting in one of the ancient tombs of a pharaoh, a tomb that housed ancient scrolls on magics long lost, magics involving the manipulation and warping of souls.

She didn’t particularly need the spells, but she decided that they would be useful for Raven and maybe her children if they start to learn magic of the Harry Potter world. A array of spells on the manipulation of souls could prove to be incredibly useful against certain foes of immense magical power.

Soul related spells and powers are some of the most difficult to defend against, as they were able to directly avoid defenses and durability, making it next to impossible to properly block against them, unless you had some sort of ability or item that could defend against soul related attacks.

The Cloak of Invisibility was one of such items thanks to it being a deathly hollow. Harry Potter did not know this little fact, but she was sure he would find out eventually through some of the books he had been buying from her shop, at least, before she had went on the little vacation to the Naruto universe.

Glancing at the scroll in her hand, Wanda smiled “Not bad, certainly the best soul related spell I have found in this universe so far. A spell that allows one to absorb the souls of others, therefore absorbing their magical power and knowledge is quite a huge boon” Wanda said, knowing that such a spell was very powerful.

And while she could already do this easily enough, her children couldn’t, so it could be a neat boon to them. She would just need to deal with the side effects of the spell by tweaking its functions a little bit, which isn’t all that difficult for a being like her.

“Hmm…this does make me wonder, how did the Pharaohs of old die so often if they had spells like this? With a spell like this, they’d be able to conquer the modern wizarding world with little difficulty. Must have been quite the foe for them to actually lose” Wanda said with a hum, interested in finding out that piece of information.

But that would for the future, as right now she had something else on her mind, and that was…
