Chapter 7: “Take one for the team”

Jimmy was close to entering a stage of hypnosis. Anna’s butt-cheeks were hypnotic, yes, but they weren’t what was pushing him towards this state.

Due to reasons he couldn’t understand, he could hear his very own blood. Every ounce of it.

Blood wasn’t sentient, so it wasn’t exactly speaking to him. The bloodflow was more of a soothing melody, one that he was almost sure that he recognized instinctively.

Jimmy had been focusing on his blood for what felt like an eternity. But in reality, he had only zoned out for a couple of minutes.

Anna snapped him back to reality when she crawled towards him, and started touching his wounds. She wiped a bit of the blood away, and prepared to ’bandage’ his wounds with the Compy guts that she had collected.

“Stay with me, Jimmy!” She shook him, after she noticed that he seemed disoriented. “This’ll be quick.”

She wasn’t aware that he was the most focused he had ever been in his life! She was worried about him, she was present, so she didn’t care about anything other than helping him stay alive.

Right before she was about to tie a gut around one of his wounds, he grabbed her hand, and gently pushed it away. This shocked her.

“What are you doing!” She exclaimed. “I’m trying to save your life!”

“No need,” He smiled. “Let me try something.”

Jimmy was just as unaware in regards to what was going on, but he still was confident about one thing. His blood was his to control.

With a lot of effort, he directed all of his energy and focus towards one of his wounds. He could hear his blood singing, and when he focused on his wounds, he noticed the melody of his blood change to a lower frequency.

When the frequency changed, one of his wounds suddenly stopped bleeding!

However, he noticed that Anna was still confused, so he took things to the next level. With a honed, razor-sharp focus, he gave it his all, and achieved something amazing!

The several tiny bitemarks on that one single wound he focused on, started disappearing! Initially this was hard to see because of all of the blood, but his wound sealed up in fifteen seconds, so at some point, the both of them saw his flesh ’moving around’ as the wound closed up.

“What is this?” She blurted out, with mixed emotions. “Did your wound just heal?”

“Yup, I healed it.” He said. “It’s hard to explain, but I can hear my own blood. I can control it.”

“What the heck?” She tilted her head. “Are you delirious? Maybe your wound finally clotted by itself.”

“No,” He shook his head, and insisted, “Trust me, I healed it.”

Anna didn’t believe him no matter how hard he insisted, but that didn’t stop him. Two minutes later, he healed all three of his other wounds, and afterwards, his energy started coming back at an idle pace. It would take a while until he replaced all the blood he lost, but one thing was for sure, his wounds were now a thing of the past.

Anna had watched him all this time. She focused on his wounds as best as he could, and eventually, she got a clear view of one of them closing up, so she started to believe him.

The only reason why she wasn’t completely convinced, was because he could not manage to heal her wounds, no matter how hard he tried. He was desperate to heal her, so she’d stop wearing those disgusting dinosaur guts on her thigh, but he failed. Nevertheless, Anna was still happy that at least one of them was on top health.

“Don’t worry about my leg, Jimmy. I’m so glad you’re okay!” She exclaimed, and lunged forward for a hug. “For a moment, I thought that I was gonna lose you.”

Excitement overcame her, so she almost squeezed the life out of him. He wanted to ask her to let go, but he was enjoying how her firm, warm breasts pressed against his chest, so he took the deadly hug like a champ!

“We have powers here, Anna.” He mumbled, through his constricted lungs, and then added. “You do too. I saw how you kicked those bastards… your kicks, your strength is too powerful to be normal.”

She finally let go of him, and said, “I noticed that too, but I figured it was just my adrenaline helping me out.”

The two of them spoke about the matter for another five minutes, and decided to put their powers to the test. One test was simple, while the other was bound to be embarrassing.

Anna tested her strength by kicking one of the carcasses. She managed to kick it seven meters away with ease, and this time, she couldn’t blame her unnatural strength on adrenaline. On the contrary, she was very calm.

“You were right!” She celebrated. “Oh my god, you were right! My foot hurts, but this stupidly high strength is gonna help us survive for a while. That’s for sure.”

He nodded, “Yup. You’re like Chuck Norris to these motherfuckers.”

“Hehe, yes,” She giggled, and then reminded him, “Your turn. Do your test.”

Jimmy was eager to do the test, however, he already knew that he couldn’t heal Anna under normal means. Instead, he had to do something that his blood was practically screaming at him to do.

Unsurprisingly, it was related to his boner, so this was where things got awkward. His boner had been going up and down as if it had dementia, but since he hadn’t ejaculated during these spikes of sexual excitement, he had reached a wild, yet plausible conclusion.

He looked at Anna, and as his face turned beet red, he said, “My test is very embarrassing, Anna. I couldn’t heal you, but I might be able to heal you in seconds, if you stroked my dick.”

“What!” She yelled out, though, her cheeks flushed red, so she wasn’t only embarrassed, she was also shy. “Bold move, buster! If you want to have sex with me you gotta try harder than that. Don’t be creepy.”

“Anna please! This might save your life!” He insisted. “I gotta trust what my blood is telling me to do. This one-minute sacrifice can make the difference between life and death, possibly for the both of us! Please, take one for the team, and stroke my dick…”
