Chapter 118: Wicked

“You had one job, but you messed it all up! Why is that woman still roaming free?!” The room thundered with the sound of a furious female voice along with a glass vase shattering onto the pristine floors.

The queen sized bed had crumpled sheets and pieces of clothing laid strewn across the floors.

Erica’s fingers tightened into a fist, bunching around the plain white sheets on her bed.

Those bunch of idiots! If she could just strangle them over the phone. She had paid a huge amount of money because they claimed to be the best of the best, no one could get the job done as cleanly and effortlessly as they could.

Their job was simple, attack the bitch, play with her as much as they wanted then beat her into a crippled mess leaving her somewhere secluded so she could die of blood loss or any other affliction the suffering might pour on her. The easy route of having her shot down dead or stabbed didn’t seem like punishment enough to Erica.

She believed that once someone else proved to be a thorn in your side, your only obstacle, the best course of action would be to erase that person from existence, it was just like cutting off weeds to allow a plant to grow well into a tree.

Erica had contemplated on who to hit first, the little bastards or their bitch of a mother, but the mother seemed the greatest obstacle at this moment so she had been first, who knows…once the bitch was gone, her little bastards would be orphaned, wouldn’t it be really interesting to come out as the hero in Tristan’s eyes and bring the little brats forward.

With Celine out of the picture she would officially be the new mother, Tristan wouldn’t just need her to get his company back, he would need her to take care of his little bastards, once that happened it would be like hitting two birds with one stone.

But of course the bitch wasn’t as helpless as she thought, the idea that she actually fought back against those guys was still very laughable to Erica.

“Don’t worry madam, they can’t rat you out, they’re perfectly trained, if things get desperate, they’ll die first before mentioning their mission.” The person over the phone assured, but it did nothing to calm Erica’s rage.

“It’s just the cops, I don’t care if they rat me out, they should have done their fucking jobs but they didn’t, do you think I’ll just let it go? I paid your organization, I don’t care if you have to send five more or ten more men to take her out, just do your damn job!” She trembled as every word gritted through her teeth.

Henry who was on the other end paused slightly. Not knowing if he should reveal what he was about to say but there was no point in hiding it anyway, “It’s not just the cops madam, someone else is involved.”

Erica frowned, “Who else is involved?”

“It’s…the CEO of Grayson Corp, Tristan Grayson. He happened to be there and he has privately trained personnel handling the case. My men might not come out of this so easily.”

“T-Tristan?” Erica’s heart made a loud thump before it started beating heavily, it felt like her heart had fallen into her stomach as her eyes began to dart nervously.

“How…how did Tristan get involved?”

She could hardly take in another breath, if it was Tristan then it was over…it was over.

She couldn’t afford to have Tristan personally looking into this situation, she could get caught.

“I don’t know madam, but he’s been very steadfast on this.”

Erica’s mind couldn’t think straight.

This was bad, this was very bad! Tristan couldn’t know about what she did. Her shaky fingers tightened around the white sheets she held up to her chest, underneath which she wore absolutely nothing.

“Do something, find them and don’t let them say a word of my name to Tristan…if they expose me Henry, you’re dead too!”

“I’m the only one dealing with you directly madam, none of my men even know your name, if they were on the verge of death and exposing you would be the only thing to save them, they wouldn’t even have a name to give.”

Hearing that all the tension in Erica’s body slowly began to ease but the fear was still there, “Are you absolutely sure about this?”

“Yes madam, I work professionally, I would never reveal my clients, even to my closest men.”

Her eyes closed in relief and she could finally breathe properly. “Good, very good Henry.”

“Thank you madam.”

Once she was certain that she would be safe, a vicious light glimmered in Erica’s orbs.

If she gave up after one failed attempt, then she certainly wouldn’t be Erica Williams.

“There’s something else I need you to do for me.”

“Of course madam, anything you want.”

Erica smirked, already picturing the outcome of this next step. She went on to slowly and with great detail explain what he was going to do.

A hand moved from underneath the sheets, tracing circling lines over Erica’s smooth back.

“You’re very wicked, my love.” A man’s voice drawled as a head poked out from beneath the sheets. The man’s face was fresh and youthful, extremely attractive, he looked like a man destined to be in show business, with a face that rivalled some well known actors themselves.

Erica grabbed the man’s chin lifting his face upwards looking down at him like a commodity she’d bought to play with, “If you’re so impressed then do your best to satisfy me again, I wasn’t feeling it all that much the first time.”

The man looked somewhat offended but he didn’t utter a word, he began to kiss Erica like a starved animal, his tongue shoved deep in her mouth.

Erica closed her eyes imagining a different face…this wasn’t the first time she’d done this.

Yes, she loved Tristan, but what was she supposed to do when he never touched her. She couldn’t just give up her desires just for him, her body had its own needs too and she longed for a man’s touch, a man’s kisses.

The engagement ring sat on the bedside table, and everytime she opened her mouth to moan, she only said his name. Tristan was the one she truly wanted, and this was her living her fantasies with him even if it wasn’t the real him.

She threw her head back when he entered her, she imagined the man in her bed right now was him.

“Will you fuck me just like this when I become your wife?” She grabbed a fistful of the man’s hair, breathing heavily as she ordered, “You can only ever belong to me, only to me do you understand?”

“I’m yours…ugh, I’m only yours!” The man grunted, moving even faster but the voice she heard wasn’t the one she wanted, it never was.
